Who this covers
This policy explains what information Asphalt Denver collects through this website, what happens to it, and how to ask for it to be corrected or deleted. It is written in plain English as general information about our practices. It is not legal advice.
It covers this website only. It does not cover other sites you may reach from links here, which run their own policies.
What the quote form collects
When you request an estimate, the form asks for your name, phone number, email address, the city or area the property is in, the service you are interested in, and a message describing the job. The email address is optional. We do not ask for anything we do not need in order to quote the work.
The form also carries a hidden field that only automated bots fill in. Submissions that trigger it are discarded without being read.
What we do with it
Your enquiry is emailed to the business so we can respond to it, arrange a site visit and send you an estimate. Where the work is carried out by an asphalt contractor working with Asphalt Denver, your details may be passed to that contractor so they can contact you about the job. They receive only what is needed to quote and complete the work.
We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information, and we do not add you to marketing lists.
Spam protection
The quote form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to tell people apart from bots. Turnstile may process technical details about your browser and connection in order to make that judgment. It does not show you image puzzles. Cloudflare publishes its own privacy policy covering the service.
Analytics cookies
This site uses Google Analytics 4 to see which pages people visit, roughly where visitors come from, and how they move through the site. Google sets cookies in your browser to do that and processes the data on its own servers.
We do not show a cookie consent banner. If you would rather not be counted, you can block cookies in your browser settings, use an extension that blocks analytics, or install the opt-out add-on Google publishes. The analytics data is used only to improve the website.
How long we keep it
Quote enquiries are kept for as long as we need them to handle the enquiry and any work that follows, then for our normal business records. Analytics data is retained according to the default settings on the Google Analytics account.
Access, correction and deletion
You can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email info@asphalt-denver.com with your name and the details you used on the form. We will respond within a reasonable time and delete the information unless we need to keep it for a legal or accounting reason, in which case we will tell you which.
If you are a Colorado resident and you are not satisfied with how we have handled a request, you can raise it with the Colorado Attorney General.
Children
This site is aimed at property owners and managers. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has sent us information through the form, email info@asphalt-denver.com and we will delete it.
Changes to this policy
If we change how information is handled, we will update this page and the date shown at the top of it. Last updated 8 September 2026.
