    We measure the area, check the grade and where water goes, and look at the condition of the base. On a commercial lot we walk the whole property, not just the area you asked about.

    You get an itemized estimate covering scope, depth, square footage and exclusions, along with the alternative option where there is a genuine choice between repair and replacement.

    Dates and the work

    Once you approve it we book the dates around the season and the weather. You get reopen times in writing, and for commercial sites a phasing plan you can circulate.

What should I include in the form?

The property address, which service you think you need, and rough dimensions of the area in feet. Say whether it is a driveway, a lot or a private road, and mention any deadline you are working to. Photos of the worst areas save a lot of back and forth.

Is the estimate really free?

Yes. Site visit and written estimate cost nothing and commit you to nothing. If we look at your pavement and think it does not need work yet, we will say that too, which is a shorter estimate but a more useful one.

How quickly can you start?

It depends on the season. Spring and summer book out fast in this metro, because everyone wants paving and sealcoating in the same window. Repairs and crack sealing usually slot in sooner. We will give you a realistic date rather than an optimistic one.
